Using a fusion of traditional strength training, mat pilates, and mind-body exercise you'll get an amazing full-body workout that will challenge you, and change you.

Q: The schedule doesn't work for me. What if I can't make all the classes?
A: Livestream Classes, At-Home Workouts, and Online support are available.
Between work, kids, demanding schedules, and other responsibilities it seems like even the most organized women struggle to find the time to fit it all in. When everything else feels urgent, exercise becomes a very low priority.
That's why FitFusion40 includes an online member support group with access to 2 Livestream Classes added each month, quick and easy at-home workout packs, and a comprehensive 12 Week At-Home Fitness program that is yours to keep. You'll have the flexibility to join the class as your schedule allows, as well as simple, realistic tools to create an at-home exercise routine that perfectly fits your life.
Q: I'm don't feel motivated to exercise. I've joined so many gyms and I never stick with it. What's different about this?
A: The right coach makes all the difference.
It's natural to think that we need to wait for motivation to exercise, especially when we think that it will be uncomfortable. FitFusion40 is a welcoming environment led by a supportive, 44 year old Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in coaching women to find their internal drive to make health and fitness a regular part of their lives, despite feeling unmotivated.
Q: I don't like to exercise. I hate the feeling of exerting myself.
A: The right program makes all the difference.
It's normal to avoid something that doesn't feel good. Especially as we age, exercise can feel even more challenging. Joint pain, stiffness, and low energy are common reasons why many women opt out of exercise all together. The FitFusion40 formula takes that into account by offering 2 levels of intensity. Level 1 is for women who are either beginning or resuming exercise after a time away and benefit from low-impact training and less intense workouts that feel challenging yet "doable."
Since you'll be working with a personal trainer and not just following along with a video or large group fitness class, you'll have access to help with personalized modifications that fit your body type and ability so you can get the most out of each session and feel confident about what you're doing.
Many past clients have said that they hate to exercise, but they don't hate this!
Q: I don't like to workout with people staring at me. It's embarrassing.
A: The right environment makes all the difference.
It's understandable to want privacy, especially when just starting out. Each class is limited to 6 participants, although we do allow some flexibility with that number. Classes are generally between 1 and 5 people. You'll be surrounded by other women with similar abilities and goals, all working toward the same vision of bettering their health.
Q: I get bored easily. The demo videos I've seen on social media seem really simple and slow. Do you make the classes more upbeat?
A: FiFusion40 is fast paced and varied so you won't get bored.
A: Live classes are very upbeat with music that does not include explicit lyrics or sexual themes. Each session is programmed to be fast paced, varied, and includes plenty of water and rest breaks so you can keep going without overdoing it.
The format consists of a warm-up, stretching, resistance training circuits using low and moderate weights, cardio circuits, core strengthening mat work, and best of all a relaxing wind down period at the end to cool your body, release stress and anxiety, and practice simple relaxation techniques that will help you anytime your feeling stressed.
Many members have shared that this is their favorite part of class!

Q: Are make-up session available? What do I do if I miss?
A: Join us in the member support group!
In lieu of in-person make-up sessions, 2 new Livestream Sessions and a series of at-home workouts are available to you in the member support group. There will always be occasions when you'll miss a class. The key to long-term success with fitness it to have a back-up plan that allows you to fit in some exercise when you can.

Q: Do you offer a class pass or drop in?
A: FitFusion40 is for women seeking comprehensive lifestyle transformation with just 2 workouts per week.
There are many local gyms with single session, group fitness classes for women seeking a single workout. FitFusion40 is a unique program for women who want to exercise regularly but struggle to stick with it, know they do best with some level of accountability, want guidance and personalized training from a qualified professional, and need flexibility and resources to help them be consistent with their health habits between sessions.
