How much will it cost?

Private, one-to-one Personal Training rates average $40 to $100 per session. A program like this conducted on one-to-one basis would cost $1200 or more. Small Group Training saves you significantly by spreading the cost among a small group of individuals with similar abilities and goals.

What if I already have a gym membership?

Let's be honest, if you were actively using your gym membership and getting results that you're happy with you wouldn't be reading this. BONUS - There are no long-term contracts, annual billing, or pricey initiation fees with FitFusion40.

How is this different from a large group fitness class like Zumba?

Attending class here and there is a fun way to add exercise to your life, but it won't result in long term changes to your body. If you are only looking for a drop-in class to attend on an occasional basis this program is not for you. Unlike group fitness classes this program is exclusive to women who are ready to commit to get the best results possible.  

I've paid for training in the past and it didn't work for me. Will this?

I'd love to know why it didn't work before. 


In my experience the best results come when goals are clear, the relationship between client and trainer is strong, and the program includes an element designed to help the client transform their lifestyle. My role is to provide motivation and accountability, personalized modifications, challenging yet "do-able" workouts, variety, and better results than you'd get on your own, as well as the guidance you need to make strength training and regular exercise a part of your life for good.


The best trainers don't count reps, they coach and mentor people to be the best version of themselves possible. If that hasn't happened yet, perhaps you haven't found the right coach for you.


Are 2 workouts a week enough?

Yes, if they're good. With these 2 workouts per week you'll get better results in less time.


Spending hours on the treadmill, scrolling YouTube for workout videos, and doing random workouts leads to frustration and lack of results. A well designed program is progressive in nature and leads to improvements in strength, stamina, and function.

Evidence suggests that resistance training just two times per week is associated with maintaining a healthy body weight, preventing heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and certain types of cancer.

Will I lose weight?

The number one predictor of weight loss success is consistency and adherence to a healthy eating plan and getting regular exercise. I'm here to help you to be successful with both. If you establish a solid exercise routine before the holiday season begins you'll make a massive impact to your weight loss goals and you won't need to worry about setting another new year's resolution.
