With a gym membership on it's own, we are limited by our knowledge of what to do and when, our comfort level with the equipment and it's availability, and our feelings about the gym atmosphere.

Video based and DIY programs are a wonderful option for many, but some clients find that they are either not motivated enough to complete the workouts on their own, or they suffer a setback due to injury or overtraining. 

 

Others may experience initial success on their own, only to plateau quickly.

 

How can In-Home Personal Training help you?

 

As a mom of three who has struggled with her weight and self-confidence over the years, I am all too familiar with the feelings of insecurity that often accompany joining a gym.  The desire for a safe, effective, and private at-home workout option is what led me to create this business.

  • Conveniently located at your place of residence, apartment complex gym, or outdoors in one of our area parks.  

  • Children welcome, under the care and supervision of the parent or caregiver.

  • Training programs are designed around bodyweight movments, and utilize equipment that is readily available to the everyday athlete. 

Safety:

  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Licensed, Insured

  • Workout safely with a knowlegable, client centered Trainer.

  • Personal training is unregulated in the US, and many gyms do not require their personal trainers to be certified by an accredited organization.

  • All excercises are performed carefully and safely, with a focus on corrective exercise and functional strength.
